Why We're Here

This is a people business, not a house business. We spent a lot of time in 2020 discussing what we could do in our separate businesses to better support our clients and community, but the answer was right in front of us. Two Agents are Better than One.⁠

So Great Dames Property Group was born. Our goal is simple, help Indianapolis grow, one client at a time.⁠

The housing market is wildly competitive and our focus has been and will remain how to best support & best provide service to each and every one of our clients and make the process & their lives easier.⁠

Mariah Barlow

When not showings houses, writing offers, and wearing her Real Estate Professional Hat- you can find Mariah at a local bar enjoying a fancy cocktail, riding motorcycles or working on classic cars, running a small horse farm, starting too many home renovation projects, and catering to her two Great Danes every whim. Kalliopi Nikou

Kalliopi's love of design & the restaurant/bar industry led her to Real Estate. She believes Real Estate is a personal & human business. The cool and unique houses with stories are an incredible added bonus. Home means so much to us, and in an effort to give back to the community, every year we run the Great Dames & Co team for Habitat for Humanity's Women Build.

From landscaping, to painting, to framing doors, and installing trim, Our team will do whatever it takes to help get these homes ready for their new owners.
